When you turn on your kitchen faucet, water flows freely, but where does that water come from? The water from your tap at home comes from a water treatment plant, that purifies the water so that it is safe for human consumption. However, how do you know that the water treatment plants are effectively removing all of those impurities that could potentially be harmful; maybe not now but further on down the line?
